1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to the CoolCore website, diagnostic guidance, health-check appointments, and products. By using the site or requesting service, you agree to these Terms and any written service estimate we provide.
2. Our services
CoolCore provides PC component health checks, thermal monitoring guidance, maintenance recommendations, and related kits. A health check is an assessment of observed conditions, not a guarantee that a machine will never fail.
3. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact and system information, disclose previous repairs or known faults, back up important data, and provide safe access to equipment. You remain responsible for passwords, licenses, files, and any data stored on your computer.
4. Estimates and scheduling
Prices shown on the website are starting prices unless an estimate says otherwise. Appointment times are confirmed separately; parts, unusual access requirements, and additional work are disclosed before we proceed whenever reasonably possible.
5. Products and availability
Diagnostic kits are subject to availability and may be substituted with an equivalent item only with your approval. Product descriptions are intended to identify the practical use of each kit; packaging and component appearance may vary.
6. Payment and cancellations
Payment is due under the terms shown on your estimate or order confirmation. Please contact us promptly if you need to reschedule. We may charge for work already completed or specially ordered parts that cannot reasonably be returned.
7. Safety and limitations
Opening a computer, cleaning a power supply, changing thermal material, and testing under load carry physical and electrical risks. CoolCore may decline work that appears unsafe, modified beyond reasonable service, or likely to cause data loss without an appropriate backup.
8. Reports and recommendations
Reports describe readings and recommendations for the system inspected at the time of service. They are not a substitute for manufacturer instructions, electrical engineering advice, or emergency action when equipment smells burnt, sparks, or shows visible damage.
9. Intellectual property
CoolCore owns the site design, written guidance, marks, and report templates. You receive permission to use a report prepared for your system for your own maintenance decisions, but may not resell or republish our materials as a competing service.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CoolCore is not responsible for indirect loss, lost data, lost profits, or issues caused by undisclosed defects, third-party software, unsafe modifications, or failure to follow written recommendations. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
11. Ending access and contact
