A cooler computer starts with better evidence
CoolCore began at a small San Jose repair bench after we saw too many capable machines treated as failures. A dusty filter, a tired fan bearing, or three-year-old thermal paste can look like a dead graphics card when nobody measures the system under load.
We turned that experience into a repeatable health-check method: establish a baseline, test the real heat paths, make the smallest useful intervention, and verify the result.
What we believe about maintenance
Temperature is information, not a verdict. A number only becomes useful when it is tied to a component, a workload, an ambient condition, and a trend over time. Our reports explain those connections in plain language so owners can make confident decisions.
The CoolCore method
Every engagement follows the same four-part sequence, whether we are checking a gaming tower or a compact workstation.
- Baseline. We record idle temperatures, fan behavior, hardware identity, and room conditions before touching anything.
- Load. We run a controlled CPU and GPU sequence long enough to reveal throttling, hotspot drift, or restricted airflow.
- Service. We clean, reseat, repaste, or tune only the parts supported by the readings.
- Verify. We repeat the same test and document the change so the improvement is measurable.
Built for real working setups
Home builders want quiet gaming sessions, creators need stable renders, and small studios need predictable machines across a team. We adapt the checklist to each use case while keeping the evidence comparable from one visit to the next.
Small interventions, longer service life
Our recommendations prioritize airflow, cleaning, and calibration before replacement. That approach can prevent unnecessary component purchases while protecting the parts that matter most: the processor, graphics card, power delivery, and storage environment.
